We’re going on the road with some of our favourite growers. The Total Big Breakfast will be touring the UK’s wholesale markets celebrating some of the very best fresh produce, both local and global. Check back for upcoming dates, we’ll be at a market near you soon. We might even do a tour t shirt.
The first Big Breakfast kicked off at 5am in Bristol Market on 17th September 2015.
G’s Posse Dorota and Annice had built a stupendous display of all their produce (we reckon they must have emptied the fields the day before).
Bristol überchef Adrian Kirikmaa was on the stoves cooking up a seemingly endless supply of top notch bruschettas all topped with G’s veg and his mind blowing chilli sauce, a crossroads at midnight recipe if ever there was one.
Adrian and Matt from Wogan Coffee kept us fully fuelled with their glorious Long Macs (flat white, you are dead to me).
Pam and James from Pam Lloyd PR came along and Periscoped (is that a word? it should be) a live cooking demo with Adrian. Pam works with G’s spreading the word about their fabulous stuff including the recently rediscovered and relaunched Fenland Celery, the first British vegetable to be awarded PGI status.
