Seven chefs and four suppliers tour Europe’s biggest food market.

In late February 2015 we took seven of the south west’s leading chefs to Rungis Market.  Our guide was Eddie Bowers who has worked in Rungis for many years.

Rungis is Europe’s largest food market covering some 573 acres, the fruit and veg section alone is ten times the size of New Covent Garden.
